This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the benchmark referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for web accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we do.

• Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
• Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator on every link and control.
• Text and interface color contrast that meets WCAG AA ratios.
• Text alternatives for every meaningful image; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Layouts that reflow at 320 px wide and support browser zoom to 200 percent without loss of content.
• No autoplaying media, no flashing content, and motion reduced when the operating system requests it.
• No forms, pop-ups, cookie banners or time limits.
