BaseTensor complies with applicable export-control and sanctions laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and sanctions administered by OFAC. Customers are screened before engagement and periodically thereafter, including verification of legal identity, ownership and intended end use. BaseTensor does not provide capacity to restricted parties or for restricted end uses, and reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement to meet these obligations.
Use of infrastructure.
All hardware remains owned and operated by BaseTensor at BaseTensor facilities for the term of any agreement. Capacity is provided under contract and may not be resold, sublet or transferred. Hardware is not shipped, exported or relocated to customers.
Privacy.
This website sets no tracking cookies and collects no personal information from visitors. Information you send us by email is used only to respond to your inquiry and for subsequent business communication and is not disclosed to unrelated third parties.
U.S. privacy rights.
BaseTensor does not sell or share personal information, and does not use it for targeted advertising or profiling. Because this website sets no tracking cookies, browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control are honored by default. Residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold by writing to info@basetensor.biz. We will not discriminate against anyone for making a request.

Governing law.
Use of this website is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Customers are solely responsible for their use of capacity and for compliance with their agreement and applicable law. BaseTensor reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor or review use. Use by or for restricted parties, in or for sanctioned jurisdictions, or for end uses prohibited under U.S. export-control law is not permitted and is grounds for suspension or termination.
