Scope
Under NDA we share technical specifications, delivery schedule and commercial terms. Customer screening runs in parallel: legal identity and beneficial ownership, restricted-party screening and an end-use declaration. Data-room access opens once both are complete.

Reserve
A reservation agreement fixes capacity, ramp, term, access model, SLA measures and expansion priority. It is the first and only binding document. Screening is repeated periodically during the term.
