Who we work with, and how.
BaseTensor supplies dedicated capacity to a small number of screened customers. This page sets out what screening means, where the hardware stays, and who can see what.
Customer screening.
Every customer is screened before engagement and periodically during the term. Data-room access opens only after NDA and screening are complete.
Legal identity and beneficial ownership
Verification of the contracting entity, its jurisdiction and its ultimate beneficial owners.
Restricted-party screening
Screening against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists, including U.S. Treasury (OFAC) and U.S. Commerce (BIS) lists.
End-use declaration
A written statement of the intended workloads. Restricted end uses are declined.
Periodic re-screening
Screening is repeated during the term of any agreement, not only at signature.
Right to review and suspend
BaseTensor reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to review use for compliance and to suspend or terminate an engagement where terms are breached.
Data room after NDA and screening
Site location, engineering specifications and commercial terms are provided only to screened counterparties under NDA.

BaseTensor was founded by, and is administered by, U.S. persons, and is based in the United States. We follow a compliance-first strategy and are committed to protecting and enhancing AI compliance and security by applying a strict legal framework to all of our business.
Our screening program is designed around U.S. export-control and sanctions requirements, including the Export Administration Regulations and sanctions administered by OFAC.
The same program applies to every customer, wherever the customer or the capacity is located.
Who we will not serve.
We decline, suspend or terminate any engagement that involves the parties, places or end uses below.
Restricted parties
Anyone on a U.S. restricted-party list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list and the Commerce Department's Entity List, Denied Persons List, Unverified List and Military End-User List, and entities they own or control.
Sanctioned jurisdictions
Customers, users or beneficial owners located in, or organized under the laws of, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
Prohibited end uses
Weapons of mass destruction, restricted military or intelligence end uses, and any other end use prohibited under the Export Administration Regulations.
Access is screened, named and logged.
Hardware custody.
All hardware remains owned and operated by BaseTensor at BaseTensor facilities for the term of any agreement.
Not transferred
Hardware is never sold, leased or transferred to a customer.
Not relocated
Hardware is not shipped, exported or moved from BaseTensor facilities.
Operated by BaseTensor
Hardware is installed, maintained and serviced by BaseTensor for the full term of any agreement.
